Diasham Resources Pte Ltd was established in 1977 as Diamond Shamrock Singapore Pte LTD.Wholly owned subsidiary of its American parent, Diamond Shamrock Corporation(USA).It was renamed SDS Biotech Singapore Pte Ltd in1983 after its parent decided to consolidate.All life sciences activities under one entity, SDS Biotech International Corporation.The following year, the ownership was transferred to SDS Biotech KK(Japan).In 1986, Sandoz Ltd of Switzerland acquired a substantial stake in SDS Biotech KK(Japan).A management buyout in 1997 brought the Company under the control of the Singapore management team.In 1998, it changed its name to Diasham Resources Pte Ltd.
