NOPCOZYME II is a product of dried extracts derived from Fungal and Bacterial fermentation. It consists of a multi-enzyme system made up of Amylase, Protease, Xylanase, and traces of Pectinase and Glucanase.

Enzymes are naturally occurring biological catalysts. The application of enzymes in animal nutrition has become increasingly important for maximizing nutrient utilization of feed ingredients, especially in times of escalating cost of proteins and energy. Scarcity of costly animal proteins requires greater usage of plant proteins which are harder to digest. Hence enzymes now have a more important role in improving plant protein digestibility.

NOPCOZYME II enzymes are able to improve digestibility of major feed ingredients such as corn and soya bean meal. They are also able to add value to corn and soya bean meal by breaking down its troublesome NSPs (anti-nutrition factors) into simpler sugars and thus add to the energy of the feed. It also allows the use of less expensive, locally available (produced) sources of protein meals from rapeseed, sunflower seed, canola seed, sesame seed, peanut, copra, as well as rice bran and wheat pollard. These alternatives generally have higher fiber content. NOPCOZYME II enzymes aid in their digestibility, thus contributing to lowering the cost of feeds, when part of the soya bean meal is replaced by cheaper and readily available alternatives.

NOPCOZYME II BX+BG

This product contains b-Xylanase, b-Glucanase and Mannanase (Hemicellulase) which can digest arabinoxylans, galactomannans, glucans and hemicellulose in feed. NOPCOZYME II BX+BG therefore is suitable for diets containing wheat, wheat bran, wheat pollard, rye, SBM, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, etc which contain higher fiber content. Its activity against these NSPs reduces the incidence of diarrhea, sticky feces and at the same time it contributes to improved digestibility of these ingredients which leads to improved performance.

PHYPROZYME HP

PHYPROZYME HP is a blend of enzymes containing b-Xylanase, Protease, Mannanase (Hemicellulase) and PHYTASE. The product improves the digestibility of feed ingredients and also improves the efficient utilization of feeds, thereby enhancing growth in poultry and pigs.
