CHLORTETRACYCLINE FEED GRADE is made by fermentation of Streptomyces aureofaciens in a specially formulated substrate, to produce a heat stable Calcium-Complexed Chlortetracycline. Although this antibiotic has been around for more than 50 years, it is still widely used as a therapeutic agent against common diseases in poultry, swine and livestock caused by microorganisms that are sensitive to Chlortetracycline. It is especially useful in the control and treatment of respiratory diseases in pigs and poultry. 

CHLORTETRACYCLINE FEED GRADE TYPE 1 is available in concentrations varying from 15% to 20% and in powder or granular form.

• Control and treatment of CRD (Mycoplasmosis) in poultry.
• Treatment of Fowl Cholera.
• Control and treatment of Swine Enzootic Pneumonia.
• Treatment of Bacterial Enteritis (Colibacillosis and Salmonellosis).
• Treatment of Ileitis in Pigs.
• Treatment of Atrophic Rhinitis.
