Background / Our History

• Diasham Resources Pte. Ltd. was established in 1977 as Diamond Shamrock Singapore Pte. Ltd.
• Wholly owned subsidiary of its American parent, Diamond Shamrock Corporation (USA).
• It was renamed SDS Biotech Singapore Pte. Ltd. in1983 after its parent decided to consolidate.
• All life sciences activities under one entity, SDS Biotech International Corporation.
• The following year, the ownership was transferred to SDS Biotech KK (Japan).
• In 1986, Sandoz Ltd of Switzerland acquired a substantial stake in SDS Biotech KK (Japan).
• A management buyout in 1997 brought the Company under the control of the Singapore management team.
• In 1998, it changed its name to Diasham Resources Pte. Ltd.
